Back from Golden Week Break & Park Time! ゴールデンウイーク明けも元気にパークタイム！

こんにちは。ズー・フォニックス・アカデミー戸塚校です！Greetings from Zoo-phonics Academy Totsuka School.

ゴールデンウイークも終わり、皆元気にスクールに戻ってきました！
インターナショナルスクールでは毎週、週の始まりにお休みや週末何をしたか皆の前で発表する「Show＆Tell/ショーアンドテル」という時間が午前中のアクティビティに含まれております。
旅行やお休み中遊んだおもちゃなど様々なものをスクールにもってきて皆楽しそうにお話してくれます。
今回は長いお休みだったので、皆それぞれゴールデンウイークの思い出を話してくれました！
沖縄行ったり、中には海外に行った子もいたりと思い出を楽しくお友達に話しておりました。
We had our long Golden week hollidays, and we are back in school now!
On first day of the week, we have activity called "Show & Tell," where students present what they did over the hollidays or weekends. They bring something they got on their vacation or whatever they played or got during the break to present in front of their friends. Since we had long break, all of the students talked about what they did during the Golden week. Some of them went t Okinawa, and there was one student who went to a vacation to foreign country!

さてインターナショナルスクールのパークタイム(外遊び)もカリキュラムの大事な要素です。
ロビーラビットとディーディーディアクラスはほぼ毎日パークタイムがあります。
公園で走ったり、遊んだりすることも子供達の健康のためにも大事と考えております。
ミッシーマウスクラスもパークタイムがあり、外遊びができなくてもなるべく毎日お散歩する時間を設けるようにしております。
もちろん夏などで猛暑日の日などは外遊びはせずスクールで体を動かすアクティビティや室内で遊ぶ時間を設けたりする日もございます。
Our park time during our International school is very important part of our curriculum.
Robby Rabbit and DeeDee Deer class goes to the park almost everyday when it's sunny.
Running and playing at the park is important for their health.
Even our Missy Mouse class will have at least a time for few minute walk almost everyday.
We always watch out for any heat sloke or alerts during summer, and if there are any alerts we avoid going out and stay inside.

ゴールデンウイーク明けにマネージャーのMs. Marie(マリエ先生)がパークタイム用にサッカーボールを買ってきてくれました！
早速パークタイムで持って行ってMr. Daniel(ダニエル先生)と一緒に楽しみました！
Our school manager, Ms. Marie, got us new soccer ball for the park time. We enjoyed playing with it on that day, and students enjoyed playing soccer with Mr. Daniel!

又、ロング保育用にもパズルやリバーシなどの知育系のおもちゃやボードゲームも揃えました！
ちなみにロング保育でもパークタイムがある日もあります。
We also got some new puzzles and toys for our extended programs as weel. FYI, we also have park time for extended care program as well.
